  1. Anybody ever taken those?

I don't think I have ED anymore (had sex a few times and could get a strong boner (though had a hard time Oing)).

But I live in fear of having it especially with beautiful women and I have strong performance anxiety.

I've always been against ED pills because I am worried it will aggravate my ED overtime or that I will become dependent on them. However I think takinf Cialis the first times I hook up with new partner would relieve me of an immense pressure if I know my dick and pelvic floor will be relaxed and work.

Do you have any advice? Also, are there other types of pills? Everybody knoes about Viagra but I heard it's utter shit and for old people.

    Thanks guys,

Unless you're clinically ill, you don't need it.

  3. I have a really hard time ejaculating. I need a long recovery time after sex (like 2-3 days, I'm 30 yo). I have a tight pelvic floor and I have huge anxiety problems.

Medicines is mostly for people who has physiological issues with their erection (like blood pressure or other issues).

If you're younger then 50, 99% you don't have any physiological problem preventing you from a good erection.

Plus, i don't think cialis helps you with ejaculation.

  5. Alright. Thanks for your advice.

Last time they checked my blood pressure I had something like 14 and the doctor said it wasn't really normal. Most doctors always tell me I have high blood pressure. And I know it'a because of chronic stress and anxiety.

Anyway thanks. I guess I'm still gonna try to take 2.5mg cialis next time and see if it doesn't anything in terms of erections.

Okay man, up to you. Talking to a doctor before taking medicinals is always recommended.

Don't have ED(anymore), but I take low dose daily cialis/tadalafil of 2.5mg, and yeah, it makes a huge difference, easy boners. It wont do anything for not being able to cum, but it's great for long term cardiovascular health even if you don't have ED, which is why I take it.

You can't become physically dependent on ED drugs, will work just fine when you stop taking them, but it wont be the superman it is when you're on it. Some guys do get psychologically addicted to them, as your regular erection vs erection on tadalafil isn't going to be as crazy, and you might want to always be in that state.

  8. So you think taking medicinal drugs to maintain cardiovascular health instead of staying healthy naturally to do so is a good idea?

Why not both? Truth is I've seen patients with the best diets, and best lifestyles still develop endothelial dysfunction for unknown reasons. It's very common in older men regardless of diet/lifestyle, humans are not meant by nature to live as long as we do now. Nature doesn't give two fucks about us past reproductive age, our health degrades over time, good lifestlye/diet just slows it down a bit. Nothing wrong with modern medicine to prevent complications related to aging, and low dose PDE5 inhibitors are about as harmless as they come.

  10. Healthy 70 year olds don't care about getting in the sack 3 times per week either. :)
You mean anomalies? Well anomalies aren't the norm.
You mean it's very common to have a trash diet and lifestyle for the major chunk of one's youth and then call it otherwise. Truth is many of these folks who say they have had a good lifestyle are delusional and not precise in their assertion.

There was a time when cocaine was being prescribed left and right by the same professionals. And that's the worst example and better ones exist but I don't have the energy to go seek them for my response.

There is no substitute for a healthy and active lifestyle, and no excuse to justify not having one.

Should see the 74 year old we have on TRT that comes to our clinic with his 58 year old girlfriend ;)

To clarify, I'm not just talking about erection quality. PDE5s preserve the function of all blood vessels of the body, and help prevent the cause of heart, and cardiovascular disease, arterial stiffening, and cracking. The same mechanism that dilates penile blood vessels, and makes them flexible also does the same for say, the arteries going to your heart. One can have very high cholesterol, and high sugar intake, but if your vessels are in a constant state of increased flexibility they are far less likely to crack, and therefor far less likely to need cholesterol to build up to heal it over, and then plaque to seal it. There by preventing heart, and cardiovascular disease.

I don't disagree with you on there being no substitute for for a healthy diet, and lifestyle, but from a clinical point of view, and excuse my french, you have fucking dumb patients who will never listen, and it's our jobs to do the most damage control we can to preserve their health regardless, even if its an uphill battle. I think you can respect that for sure.

  12. Certainly.
I'll take your word for it, lol :D

  13. How about L-citrulline? Is it BS or does it really work in terms of blood flow, ED and cardiovascular health? I took about 5mg of L-citrulline a day for 1 month not too long ago. I felt some tingling sensations in my dick some times but in terms of erections per se I don't really know if it did anything.

Some guys report it does something for them, some guys report nothing, truth is it could just be placebo for the guys that do. I'm not aware of any research that supports nitric oxide supplements actually boosting bloodstream nitric oxide release. Can't say for certain it does, or doesn't do anything, I've tried them myself though, noticed nothing.

What we do know is that cardiovascular exercise, and nitrates from plants absolutely aid in the ability of vessels to dilate, keeps them healthy. Body uses the nitrates from leafy greens, and other plants to make nitric oxide. I notice an up tick in my ability to get erect easier, and have a more full flaccid hang when I'm eating veggies, and running regularly.

You'd be amazed what testosterone replacement therapy can do for a guy, so long as he's healthy in other areas. He's been on it for the past 20 years or so years, pretty crazy.

RN, about a year away from my DNP(Doctor of Nurse Practice) if I don't slack off, hard to wrap up working full time.

I work in a male health clinic, so a good portion of my knowledge comes from working with experienced MDs in that area.

For me V was more effective than C. The downside is that it last only 4-5 hours and C last 48h...even more.
