The real self improvement isn't autistically looking at yourself like some video game character with stats like strength, money, fashion etc to level up. Its not doing 30 day ab challenges, or nofap, or getting a side hustle, or getting a study routine. It's about living the life you want to live and improving your experience of life. This means if you have a porn addiction, you deal with it. It means you do shit you want to do and enjoy getting better at it. It means you go to the gym because it gives you a sense of accomplishment. It means you eat healthy and sleep well so that you feel good all the time. It means you learn social skills because it makes it easier to connect with people.

 

Self improvement is what we are all doing here at a basic level.
Flip the script, improve for yourself. It will never work trying to improve for someone else, they will fail you and what you build will fall.

Improve for yourself and only yourself.
Measure yourself only against who you were yesterday.
If you slip you pick yourself up and go again, only using the experience of failure as data for your improvement.

If you chase results you will never change.
If you make change you will see results

You can keep thinking yourself into a whole or you could actually go out and enjoy life.
