    one of the good outcomes of nofap is that you really become a better person: you become smarter, faster, carismatic and that will improve life in lot´s of ways. i have a lot more work now and my incomes are going through the roof :). i feel abundance around me.

    however this abundance atraction has a problem to it, the day still has only 24 hours. and the last days i was so overwhelmed with work, that i barely could get home, have dinner and sleep. this create a lack in the reboot work, so in the last days i didn´t stay accountable, didn´t read reboot material and i slowly got into temptation.

    i peaked nudity a couple of seconds yesterday when i feel sluggish and some minutes at night when wife went to bed surprisingly early. well, minutes as you know is an eternity and last night was in fact the most dangerous moment i had in this streak. thank God i didn´t pmo. i try not to debate on "why i shouldn´t fap" since i know that arguing with the addiction is the last stage before the fall. so i just drag myself to bed. i pray that i could fall asleep and i did. Thank God. good sleep in fact :)

    so the paradox is that nofap improves life a lot, but we can´t stray away from the nofap work. it´s almost like a daily mind straighter that you need to keep feeding, in order to keep installing the new mindset and uninstall the old one. even when life improves, even when we feel amazing we still have to do the work!! so during working days even if i don´t have 1 hour or 30 minutes to stay here as long as i want, i will do what it takes to drop in, post, read my material and carry on. my life depends on it.

    Day 21 down! Thanks for your uplifting post, I push myself to my best.
    I'm tired, insomnia hit again. Actually insomnia is a part of my life as far as I can remember... A lack of sleep makes it very difficult to keep my discipline together, still as I said, I push myself to my best. No compromisses anymore.
    After nearly 3 weeks of NoPMO, I start feeling more emotions then ever. The last week was a constant up and down of emotions, once were much of joy, the next nearly depressed. Haven't felt like that ever before, guess because PM flatens that nearly completely or makes you some kinda numb.
    Anyway... Three weeks down, let's make it four!

    In july 29 2019 I started a nofap challenge for 90 and until today as I am writing it is Feb 23 2020 I archived almost an 80/70 clean days but I have never gone through a whole month without musterbation,I may go 10 or 20 days without relapsing.I really want to stop musterbation as it has a lot of negative impacts in mylife.it brings nothing but misery please a little help I have come into this forum so as I can get fellow feedback from the people who a facing the same situation am currently facing I want to start a clean 30/day streak and this time I mean to perform with no relapsing and the 60 days until I reach the goal of 90 days please comment and let me know that I am not alone out there

    My back is getting better. I'm planning to go to the gym 3-4 days later. My PMO streak is also going good.
    Thanks to my friend @RiseToGreatness, I add one more thing to my trigger plan!

    Day 22 down! Still going tall! Major urges today, but that's normal for a weekend, handled them quiet well.
    I have to adjust my goals a little bit, diet is just a very diffictult topic during a reboot, because most of the discipline is requiered for the reboot.
    So let's set the goals like that for the following weeks, ordered by priority:

    Goals:
    1. NoFap - Keep up the current streak
      No relapse, constantly adjusting the stragety to deal with urges
    2. Sleep - Get at least 7.5 to 8.5 hours of sleep a day
      Going to bed at around 10pm and get up at around 6am
    3. Workouts - 5 to 6 workouts a week
      4 to 5 workouts with weight lifting
      1 workout with cardio
    Will set the goals for diet, when I feel better and made these goal into an habit.

    Porn is rarely the only problem you have. You’re hosting a party and porn never comes to the party alone. It always brings friends and the longer and harder your party, the crazier the friends it invites. We now understand that porn changes the brain. You can never assume that your only problem with porn is that you “watch too much and masturbate too much”

    Here are a few examples of some of the problems that “party” with porn:

    — Erectile Dysfunction

    — Sexual aggression

    — sex addiction

    — Depression

    — Sexual deviancy & change in sexual preference

    — getting ideas of performing acts seen in porn either on your loved ones or bringing of Prostitutes

    — And getting habituated to prostitutes and spending money on porn sites and striper clubs without thinking about them

    — Change of thinking process viewing more disturbing things and increasing the level of kinky and maybe the acts once you may have fed disturbing or disgusted

    — Increased viewing time don’t know when the day as turned into night and not caring about the important tasks to be done at that moment


    So be careful brothers

    think wisely before you click
    Either bear the pain of self discipline or the bear the pain of regret and depression

    choose wisely
