    S***-test- I would say fitness test, or maybe just test. Or you could use a phrase like "testing your frame," "testing how certain you really are in your beliefs."

    Well, it has to remain as a noun to explain something, like "feminism is a giant "s***-test" on men of the West culture.." things like that

    Maybe "frame-test," just "test," or "trial"... It's weird, we don't seem to have much in the English language for this one.
