Hi! 22 y/o newbie here to quit 8 year long addiction

    Hi, i have heard so much about this amazing community! & Excited to join it.
    I am a 22 years old male. I have been using porn since i was 14 years old.
    It have affected me physically and mentally. I had so much dreams when i was in early teenage but this addiction have shattered my confidence badly.
    Now i can't concentrate towards the goal i had once. I had tried in past to leave this but every time i have failed.
    Now this seems that it is not an option but necessary to leave porn if i want to do something what i had dreamed of in my life.
    I will be honest with you my streak is day 0 . I have failed in past but i need to overcome this addiction now. And thats why i am here.

    Even my streak is zero but it doesn't matter, what matters is that you have made up you mind to leave PMO, you finally acknowledged it. All the best mate!

    Good luck, let's fight together against that addiction! I have tried to reboot for four years now, but still, here I am, on four-day-long streak! Porn and masturbation are unbelievable strong addictions, but it is possible to reboot, so let's try!
