-> Don't Turn Off Lights of Your Room
-> Socially Active
-> Eat with 12-16 hours fasting
-> Do what You Love (i personally like listening to music while working)
-> Whenever Get Urges do some exercise or go to the gym
-> Detox your body with Green Tea, Black Coffee.
-> Meditate
