85 days of nofap: i could have sex with a prostitute but not with my girlfriend

Greetings,

I will be as brief as possible.

I am a 25 year old man. I have had 4 girlfriends in my life. I do not drink excessively, I do not smoke, I practice pelvic floor exercises (Kegel), I go to the gym 6 days a week since 4 months (I am not overweight).

I've seen porn since the age of 14-15. I masturbated almost daily.

I started the Nofap process about 6 months ago because I felt I have had erection problems with the partners I had. I already achieved a 60-day streak of not masturbation or watching porn, however I failed to complete the 90 days challenge; now I am I a new stream, with 5 days left to complete the 90 days of the challenge.

I currently have a girlfriend. We have been meeting for 1 month. From the very first date I had sex with her, but taking Viaggra. We met in a city but we had to separate for 2 months because holydays began. Missing a week before seeing us I decided to go to a prostitute to observe how I behaved sexually. I did not take Viaggra and everything worked correctly: the erection was always firm as a rock and I could penetrate it in the ways I wanted. I lasted for over 25 minutes.

However, now that I am with my girlfriend, on the first occasion I could only penetrate her in one position and when we changed positions the erection was gone. On the second occasion, I couldn't even have an erection enough to penetrate her.

You might be ia- intimacy anorexic. You can have sex with a prostitute because she’s just an escalation or porn use. However, when emotion or vulnerability is involved it’s harder to have sex.

Your problem right there. You are not attracted to your girlfriend. However, attraction can be more than physical looks. You should get to know your girlfriend more and establish a connection. The sex is way better.

You should also evaluate your reasons for joining nofap. What are you trying to achieve? Why was it so easy for you to cheat on your girlfriend? You mentioned this casually but maybe it's affecting you mentally.

Also V iagra at 25 doesn't sound healthy. Maybe you need a full reboot.

You need to talk to your girlfriend and explain your needs to her.

You obviously need more stimuli than what she is offering you.

HOWEVER that being said you are young and you should not need viagra at this stage.

PMO has given you certain expectations of your partner and it's something the prostitute will do and your girlfriend will not.

Hard mode is the solution for this 90 days. Quick reboot and you will be back to normal. 90 days didn't do it for me but my addiction is nearing 30 years.

Sex should be an expression of mutual love. To relegate it to an act of self gratification is shameful. We are men not satyrs. Alas we often sink below nature when we make pleasure our God!
In fairness to animals most only engage in sex during mating season. We on the other hand seek it all year round. Then we regard ourselves as being superior? Don't hire prostitutes. You degrade yourself and them when you do so. Take care and good luck.

I agree that your attitude toward using a prostitute is too cavalier to be healthy, and that vgra at your age is "madness"

I also have red flags about not being attracted to your gf. And her unwillingness to please you like you would like her to.
