There is hardmode (No porn, masturbation and orgasm combined=no PMO) and easy mode (you can do MO once in a week but no watching porn during it).
Everyone can join, no matter on which day you are, who you are and where you are -you're lucky enough to live a new, PMO free life!
If you want to join, write "COUNT ME IN" and mode you choose. You can also make your own mode, like combining daily excerise or diet.
