Yeah.I do a fast every 2 weeks now and am on one now.13 hours in and my insulin levels have dropped nicely so I don't feel hungry.Also on a cellular level they are incredibly beneficial for us and could be part of the answer for the fountain of youth!!Do the research and be amazed!

I am incredibly proud of this community for standing up against the perils of the porn industry.Just look at how much has been raised to help Alex who took a stand and helped myself and all of us here to see the true meaning of life and help turn our lives around.
However,we are still not there.Let's jump on the bandwagon now if you haven't already and give whatever you can to help keep afloat and alive and well, this amazing community and clear Alex's name and reputation.This will undoubtedly help more people oblivious to the toxity and harmful snowball effects of the porn industry.

Good to be back after taking a self-imposed internet exile. It has been a lot easier to fight the urges. However, I cannot live without the internet in this interconnected world. But I can certainly live without YouTube and other social media platforms.
