The only way to beat Porn addiction!

Hi,

I have been trying to stop for almost a year and a half now. And I'm addicted for almost 11 years.

After months of trying to stop, I have come to find that the ONLY way to stop is not the WillPower neither filling your time completely, nor blocking porn sites...

Let me explain why?
The WillPower is limited and you cannot be strong 24/7 it's IMPOSSIBLE.

Filling your time will just delay it, and once you have a free time you will do it again!

Blocking websites will make the situation even worse because you will feel that you are deprived of something, even if you don't feel that at first, at some point it will attack you.

The only way that is super powerful is to have a goal and not just a goal, a goal that you need so badly and defines your purpose in life, and that collide with PMO values, where you have to fight in order to keep your values that will make you achieve your goal.

 

Yes other methods can work but they are supplementary. Even relaying on all of them would not work unless having a goal that can only be achieved if you quit porn -at least in my experience -
