While my sexual experience is limited, I do feel an O from sex is much better! I feel energetic and more focussed.

After MO or PMO I just wanna go to sleep and stay there.

 

So do you mean O alone is causing you that? Or O as part of PMO?

 

Have you spoken to a doctor about it? It could be sortable

 

I have autism and I was sexually abused as a kid. I also have a fear of orgasm, I am terrified of it, so I know how you feel

 

You will need to learn kegels and exercise every small muscle in your body and that area to avoid stagnation.

 

I also suspect I have POIS. Will have a doctors check up. When I O through sex I feel sick tired depressed weak and my anxiety goes through the roof!
