I'm worried about my erectional quality.

  1. So I just relapsed today after a 35 day streak.. I really failed myself and I already feel depressed over it. I was sexting a girl and I noticed that my erections are significantly smaller than what they were 2 years ago before I got PIED. I have a pretty bad case of PIED and in 35 days I noticed very slight moments of genuine arousal but it usually faded pretty quickly. So I guess my question is: Is it possible that my dick got permanently smaller? Is it even possible at all that due to not masturbating or touching your dick, it gets smaller? And if I start again and do the full reboot of 90 days and longer, will my dick eventually get it's original size back? I'm so worry about this, it depresses the hell out of me.

    i get almost no arousal from girls but an instant hard on from porn. i haven't gone the 90 days but i've gone upto 20 days twice and felt pretty normal.

    go the full 90 days first and then if it's not fine THEN begin worrying

    No your shit isn't getting smaller you just need to abstain from porn and perhaps work on your routine. Your performance and erection quality can be influenced by your overall stamina and what you put into your body. Certain foods act as aphrodisiacs while others can leave you lazy and tired. It's probably all in your head.

    I had problems with erection quality a while ago and all I done was stop touching it for a few weeks and it was like a third arm. Trust me, unless you're 60+ or taking antidepressants your erection quality will return.

    And stop sexting with women while your going through a reboot. Meet her and actually have sex in real life.

  4. Thanks, I needed to hear this. I think I just got worried because 35 days felt really long already but it's only a third of the complete reboot process. I just need to have patience. The first 30 days went really well honestly, I struggled and was really depressed but I learned a lot and I managed to completely stay away from all forms of stimulation.

    It's all a learning curve my friend. Every time you get into a streak and fail you end up learning something about yourself. I learned that my relapses happen the most on a morning because I'm awake 5am every day and there's not much to do at that time! I've been forcing myself to get up and exercise and staying away from my phone instead. So far so good.
