Been there before and made the wrong choice. Just hold on for a little while and I promise those big urges will go away and it will be back to relatively smooth sailing. I would advise you to stay busy, do productive and or fun things to keep your mind off of them.

 

Congratulations on 40 today, you're sticking it to the man.

I hope you can stand your ground, you've really worked so hard to get where you are this moment. Try your best to divert your attention away from these temptations

You will gain nothing from a relapse. Every relapse is the same in the end. The only thing that is consistent is the regret and wasted time from doing it.

I agree with you completely. We are only passing through this World. Why spend one's life in regret and shame? Much better to live our lives with purpose and a clean conscience!
