Having hard time doing this on my own

Hello everybody, I keep on going 2 weeks and then I’ll end up PMO’ing and I usually do it twice when I do this. Does anyone else do this? Also, if it is possible and if anyone is willing would it be okay to stay in contact with them so I won’t feel so alone on this? Like we can exchange contact information and we can help each other achieve our goals together. This can sort of be like a sponsor situation when people are going through treatment with other addictions.
