My goals through the journey have been in constant change as time has gone by.
I tried it for a time in 2015 but failed miserably. Back then my only goal was to simply to quit masturbation altogether permanently. I discovered it simply doesn't work that way so i did not go very far.
In 2018 things reached a critical point when i realized how much i spent looking at porn on the internet and using the resources i had saved in my computer, so much that i begun being late for work and i also made stupid mistakes out of sheer distraction. I got in some serious trouble and since then i begun on the Nofap path.
At first i only intended to quit compulsive pornography consumption, but then i saw there was more to it than that. I realized that unless i did drastic changes to my habits, my lifestyle and my way of thinking then little to nothing would change. My objective than changed into acquiring new healthy habits that would benefit my life, little by little and so here we are now. Goals have been changing as i've progressed, but the essence remains the same. Going for what is real, free from the enslavement of pixels.

It was just the toxic cocktail of porn addiction, wasting money on camgirls and the shame of knowing I was stepping further and further away from the best version of myself. So really, I hit a complete low which forced a realization I couldn't keep going down that path.

5 years into my struggle i am still fighting shame when it comes to my sexuality. you should talk to older people, both religious snd non-religious and figure out what your boundaries are. if you find them, stay true to yourself, and follow your heart, thats how you can avoid the shame.

Don't worry friend.. You can do this and i love the fact you not given up on nofap from 2015 thats absouletly beautiful. I did some mistakes in past too and yes the fact of you need to do some drastic changes to your habit is key to nofap success.
Hopefully all teenagers like me get free of this addiction to woman in screen or pixels.Your post made my day friend! :)
    (Sorry for bad english lol)

  8. in my case
because of M shape male hair-loss caused by excessive masturbation,
i had curly long hairs 3 years ago but my hair started become thin and i was on stress and excessive masturbation
for an long period of time, ( i was in a toxic-Relationship)

i use multi-vitamin minerals and hair-grow products for almost 3 months,
    now im good,

but this was the main reason to NoFap,
