I have been there. Here's the only think that has worked for me. I had lock down all of me devices with Covenant Eyes. All not some. My accountability partner is the only one with passwords. I can't ever do it on my own. At 38 it's the only thing that's worked. Trust me.

I feel you bro, but you're not alone. I see you are a very busy person, but what do you do at home and when you are alone? The secret to endure the first days is to keep busy, at all times, no phone in bed, no social media, no movies with sex scenes, nothing, for at least a month, create a to do list and follow it with discipline, exercise a lot and eat healthy, do whatever you can just don't give up, try every time until your brain gives up and let you do your nofap thing. You got this, you'll have your day that's for sure!
