Deload from work out

Discussion in 'Self Improvement' started by Deleted Account, Mar 1, 2020.

  1. I'm aiming for thirty days of no PMO.

I'm very very tired lately. I normally push myself as hard as I can at the gym but I'm just tired tired.

I plan on taking a break. Should i avoid training for the entire 30 days until I get my energy back up or less or not at all?

  2. Lately it's been making me more tired and wanting to lay down.. which therefore... You know lol

Deload doesn't mean stop training, just do some light bodyweight work and cardio to get the blood flowing, you will recover faster.

  4. Even too tired for that lately. I used to wake up have coffee and go sweat for 20-30 minutes every morning before work doing cardio.
Lately making a damn coffee takes it out of me:(
I actually have a drs appointment in a few days to see if I'm having issues

Sorry to hear that, fatigue sucks.

  6. That's a good idea. If your doctor doesn't have any advice, maybe try a nutritionist. So much of the way our body responds is due to what kind of stuff we're eating.

  7. How many hours of sleep are you getting a night?

  8. 6-7 usually. I go to bed around 7-8. Get up At 3 am for work

  9. When I used to sleep 8 or so I was oddly enough more tired.
Sometimes I even have stronger morning erections when I sleep less

If literally everything makes you tired then it's probably your blood. Not enough minerals, vitamins or whatever. If I were you I wouldn't make any decision before seeing a doctor

  11. It may be that you're 6 days without porn and you're brain is changing too. Fatigue is a common symptom of quitting any addition. I'd say get enough sleep, drink lots of water and minimize the junk food. If it doesn't improve then see someone. I remember when I was about a week in I was really tired as well. Things always get worse before better. Keep powering through bud.
