almost close the week

    i started nofap journey. i take shower every day and wishes dishes and clean the bathroom and kitchen sometimes and go to out with my friends okay.
    when i start nofap journey i'm feeling very sad so i wonder bcause i was very addicted of pmo or suddenly of stopping watching porn and another weird thing is all my friends talk with their friends girls is it makes me fool or not.
    so i'm not good at talking with them or walk with them
    is that problem for me or not plz replay (sorry my Einglish is weak)
