    Hey everyone,

I am a 27 year old with a serious addiction to getting thrills of being naked in front of other people or dressing up provocatively for older men.

It started with watching porn and getting into voyeur and exhibitionism porn. the thought of being naked in front of other people and getting caught got me a thrill so much that i started getting hard of the idea of doing it for real. Eventually i started catching the eyes of older men in the gym locker that i know were gay. when i was 20 there was an older guy in the locker room staring and smiling at me and i thought it was a good opportunity to try. So when the locker room was empty i removed all my clothes for him and strutted around naked and hard until he started touching me and masturbating me until i came. after it was done i was incredibly ashamed because i'm not even gay but i guess that didn't matter at the time...... since then i've done this several times in gym lockers, adult video store porn viewing rooms, and a nude beach.

eventually i started getting into lady boy porn as well because the thought of a young guy looking that feminine was so hot. eventually i shared my fantasies and ideas with older men online until i met one. he asked me to wax smooth and dress up for him and i did. i took it even further and ended up doing things with him that i am not proud of. i never used to be into these things but now i can't get enough of it help me!

Welcome back to the Nofap community.
In 2018 you wrote in your posts “I am straight”.
I think it doesn’t matter if you are straight, bi or gay.
You are lunging for the attention of other people. And the way you do it obviously shows your low self-esteem.
You want to get rid off the addiction and that’s quite possible.
You made the habit and you can break the habit.

The NoPMO journey is not easy but worth the effort.
    The community will support you.
Maybe you want to make some commitment - not to the community but to yourself.
How about 90 days NoPMO? Update your day counter and start right now.

Exactly. Everything that had a start will have an end. It’s your choice.

  3. Heyyy welcome to the NoFap forum : ) It's nice to see you here fighting the good fight alongside us!

First let me go ahead and drop some helpful links for you:

Getting Started Guide / Forum Rules / How to Use the NoFap forums/ Glossary/ NoFap Panic button/ Set up your day counter / Rebooting Resources/ About NoFap/ Support NoFap

    Here is just some advice:

First and foremost please take a look at each section in the forum, there might be something(s) you may find of big help to you. Feel free to post there :+)

Then secondly I just advise you to be active on your profile(as there a few active people in the profile section). Please start by choosing an avatar and then make daily status posts to show you're active and needing support/encouragement. They've also got a neat little feature that shows freshly posted statuses for all users to see. People will find your profile and give you encouragement/support.

Theres a portion of people who love communicating in the profile section..(it should be and is )mostly spportive talk but it doesn't hurt to deviate from supportive talk. It would be great to have you join in and support others in the threads, profiles, and journal. Make sure and be grateful for the help you received and give some help after receiving some. Invest in some people's journeys. We could always use your help and in return you shall receive some as well!

Thirdly, You should also highly consider creating a public journal/log (in the appropriate section for you) and write about your days in more depth for us members to follow along your journey and offer support to you by way of posting in your journal.

Last but not least: Good luck on your journey here, make sure to really give it a try with all your heart!

    Hey

I have the same experiences myself and i know how confusing they can be, especially shen it comes to dressing up.

If you need an AP or just need to get things off your chest please message me. I find talking to someone really helps to understand motives
