    hello everyone...
    I am arun,from india.I heard about Nofap from TED, and I wasted no time in joinig with you guys and girls. Because, whenever I am not watching TED talks on youtube, I watch porn instead. I believe , you guys will help move a step forward in lowering my porn watching habits.
