Hi, it’s been 2 months since my pmo began and after relapse and relapse this is the longest that i've ever been , firstly before I do list of my habit that I develop I just wanna tell you’all that I’ve been feeling good lately, I developed keystone habit which is Exercising and Meditating, those two thing help me developing other habit such as Healthy Diet, no porn, making up bed, playing an instrument and bouldering. The benefit of those habit is surprisingly effective, what I gain from the habits that I do is less anxiety, less depressed, pleasure of doing that I love, and loving my self more and more. Never been felt this good in my entire life when you realize that I gain control of my own life, bad things still happen but by stoicism mindset it didn’t affect me so much therefore by developing strong mindset and body, my body and mind crave for improvement and more motivation to doing better for myself and I enjoying the process.

In this page I just want to share my morning and nightly habit also most of the day that what I’ve been doing, hope you guys enjoy it.

    Morning Habit

    1. After waking up I do meditation in my bed for 10 minutes

    2. If I got class I went to bathroom to get Cold Shower and maintaining my body with lotion, hair grower and makes me smells good by applying perfume.

    3. And then I’m going to get some food, my diet consist of Chicken Breast/Egg – good for protein, Vegetable – high in nutrition, Apple – high in nutrition too, and also Rice – for Carbo so I have energy for the day, the food that I write in for the morning applies to lunch as well.

    Nightly Habit

    1. I’m Practicing Ukulele and Guitar playing songs that I already know or learn new chord and new song.

    2. Exercising with 3 set consist Push up, Bicycle crunch, Pull-up and Plank, after that doing 4 rep of Lifting Weight

    3. Eating with diet consist of Rice, Chicken Breast/Egg, Vegetable, Apple.

    4. Take A Cold Shower and doing what I do in the morning

    5. Dim the light so it’s a cue for my brain to sleep, turn blue light filter on, and Meditating for 10 minutes.

    6. Sleep consist of 6-8 hour sleep

That’s pretty much habits that I develop during 2 months and I’m still enjoying it, what I do for the future is that I want to make another habits that help me during this self improvement and becoming more of myself that enjoying the moment and happy go lucky whatever happen, the habits that I want to develop is :

    1. Writing

    2. Reading

    3. Budgeting

    4. Make A Schedule Board

    5. Studying

    6. Kegel Exercise

That’s all for now, I know that I want to do something more but making new habit drain your willpower, I need to do it one at a time so it becomes auto and doesn’t need willpower to do it, the easiest is writing and reading cause I done it several time and I already enjoying the process. Cheers for the better of me and everyone else.

Seems like you have a real solid routine! I just made a post of having no energy which is probably a withdrawal effect.

Right now I do have some habits but they feel scattered throughout the day and I feel like I have no rhythm. How did you manage to organize your habits? Did you just made a plan for yourself and stick to it?

Did you also start multiple habits at once or just one at the time?

Starting multiple habits at once drain your will power, you have to develop keystone habit first.
Keystone habit is a habit that you try hard so it stick and your willpower focus on, i recommend choosing 1.Exercise 2.Meditation or 3.Reading

Once one of those habit stick it becomes easier to develop another habit, for example you develop exercise as keystone habit, when you want to start healthy diet you need less willpower cause when you want to develop some muscle, eating healthy diet has it effect and you will realize that exercise + eating healthy = healthier life
and it goes on and on when you want to develop another habit.

Hope this is helping you to cope up with your habit!

i use kegel exercise app in play store. In youtube its called classic kegel, or just squeeze your pelvic floor for a period of time. Pulse kegel is like a heart beat. You squeeze 1 sec, 1 sec rest, squeeze again 1 sec, 1 sec rest, and so on.

I prefer doing kegel while sitting tho, its easier to locate the pelvic, just look at your nuts, if its floating/feels carried, you squeeze the right muscle.
