It's my second time getting passed 60 and I'd say there's more volatility in my moods than the first 20 days but overall I feel a lot more secure in myself and ready to deal with the ups and downs of life. I've started to notice subtle behavioral changes and have different thoughts than I normally would. Because I recognize these very slight differences the more and more I go, the more I'm confident that there is something to this. Knowing that it is effective has given me strength during times of temptation to relapse to pornography but as we all know, it's a daily struggle. I've always been relatively social but I'm not bursting with social prowess and nofap swagger like some claim. That being said, I have found that I am much more cool calm and collected when interacting with people without a lot of the nervous/neurotic twitch's that I used to have. As far as ladies go, I have seen an enormous difference in my success rate with both attracting them (and higher quality) as well as getting passed PIED. Still a lot of progress to make but I am very happy with the way things are going. I still feel like a newbie in this journey though. Ive been attempting to quit for a year or two but have only made it above 60 twice, once now, the other just before. I've moved into such a better mental state since these longer streaks started to occur recently and I am eager and excited to keep going and slightly embarrassed that I didn't do it sooner. I find this community to be very helpful, knowing that I'm not alone and that there's an army of us out there doing what it takes to have a better relationship with ourselves. I was exposed to porn before puberty and I'm 30 years old now. Porn was ingrained in who I was but now I am happy to say that is starting to change and I have zero intention or interest in giving up.

    Oh tips-

Remove your triggers. Instagram and facebook were triggers to me so I deleted them. Not deactivated so I could go back the next day, I removed them from my life and I've been happier since. I'm not saying you need to do the same but find your triggers, the things that start firing that part of your brain and get rid of them, even if it's hard.

Find some activities to shake up your life. I'm not saying run from your thoughts but it is always easier to stay on a healthy track when you feel like you are going somewhere with it. Having something to do, people to interact with, etc has definitely been a big help for me.

Run, read, workout. Healthy body and sharp mind help with everything.

  6. A lot of people can kick a bad habit, but addictions are sometimes a symptom that something in our lives - maybe even our natures - needs to change. The real goal of recovery is not to just stop watching porn or masturbating. It's changing our lives and our natures for the better.

  10. I've had enough. Sometimes you need the last chance. If I'm going to have even one more relapse, I will upload a large picture of my asshole in every thread I can, before I'll get banned for good.

  13. Hello folks!

I culled some of the people in the "waiting for check-in" category who seemed not to participate anymore. There are 3 guys among that group who I left in because they have been recently active: @Cap. Steve Rogers @saye @Aaasaanhai. Question to you: did you finish the 90 days? Would love to see more winners in this challenge.
