Is staring at someones house harrassment?

    So my neighbor just stands at the other side of the road and stares at my house. Every time I look out the window they walk away.

    But could this be considered harrassment? Just standing and staring at someones house on a regular basis?

    It actually makes me feel quite uncomfortable.

    Why the hell would your neighbor be staring at your house?? Next time ask if they want to buy it.

    Very weird behavior... I’d be uncomfortable too.

    Are you doing something to upset them? Making a bunch of noise or playing loud music? Parking in their way? Etc.
