Day 7

10am today was seven days clean for me. Feeling great! This is the way.

 

Day 69
I honestly can't believe it I'm going into the 70th Day tomorrow. So far this week a lot of men are around me through text and in real life. Even got a text from an ex who didn't reply to my last text for 3 months. What a strange world. Obv I'm trying to be more positive despite the situation around me right now.

I approached this ridiculously good looking guy on the tramway about a month ago. That was just a whole other crazy thing! It was a cold approach and it was totally out of nowhere xD He was a bit younger than me but I didn't minded since I like having new friends. Today I saw him on the tramway station since our schools are close and said hi again. We talked the whole way through, talked more over the buss station and parted our ways since our buses were about to take off. I would give the conversation a 9/10 cause he was checking instagram time to time.

I felt that I was like myself during the conversation, I would usually be shy and quiet in the conversation when I'm around a good looking guy. Of course I was nervous at first when I first saw him. But then again, I calmed down when I started talking. It actually made my day, I wasn't having a bad day but still.

Reset, I relapsed after returning from vacation. M without P. Day 0.

 

Day 23 in the books. It showed another day of temptation because I was alone at work for most of the day. But I didn't yield. On to the next one. This is the way

RELAPSED!
Guys i tried but relapsed .i edged for first time adter reboot but controlled myself from ejaculating later i convinced myself to ejaculate cause gonce read that its better to ejaculate than edging .
I always relapse between 10 to 12 days .
please advise how i go above this streak . I dont want to lose anymore. I also want to ask that i noticed my semen volume was less as compared to when i used to relapse with in 2 or 3 days but why it decreased?
And i decided to post after i get my 10 day streak back and then i will continue.

Really proud of you! You got this already If this is making you feel happy then you can continue on your journey without a problem but if you are not happy then I would recommend a different way of change

Day 2

I am out of the darkness of my mind that had clouded my judgement a few days ago. Now I am good. Just a little anxious with a COVID-19 case being confirmed 2 miles from my place of residence. Some people have completely panicked stockpiling hand sanitizer, soap and toilet paper to the sky. I don't know whether I will get any of these items when I go to the supermarket later in the day. For me, I will take it a day at a time.
