Maybe the real problem is, your brain thinks it's time to jerk off whenever you get naked in front of a mirror because that's all you have done your whole life. You just need to make your brain realise that it's not always the case abd your problem might resolve eventually.

 

Doesn't have to be that. Our brains tend to associate things we do right before indulging in an addiction, with the addiction.

Dude there are people who would masturbate to their own self, it's also one of the disorders. They only like their bodies. I've read a story about it from a manga(It was researched). It sounds like a brain association to me, as well. The view of your own naked body can be part of the ritual and become a trigger. Doesn’t necessarily indicate homosexuality. But even if it DOES indicate homosexual preferences, why should that even be an issue?
