Breaking the ice

    I know that part of my recovery is mending the relationship I have with my SO. There are excercises for couples in a book I have, but I don't know how to bring up that I want to do them. They're all about admission of acting out and that obviously is upsetting.

    Right now we're mostly focused on my injuries (I broke my knee and some ribs) and not dying of coronavirus. It seems to have taken a backseat, but we both know it's still there.

    Update:. I just went ahead and started an excercises that is two parts one where I write and then they write they're thoughts on my part. I showed them the book and my part finished and asked if they wanted to participate and they did!
