“An addict hitting his first century(Nofap 100 days)”

    Myself suhail...I am 27 year old...I was a PMO addict for about 12 years...At age 15 i first watched porn and from then it took no time for me to become a slave of porn and masturbation....I was hooked to porn and I used to fap regularly...usually I used to fap 3 times a day to get satisfied and even then I could’n able to leave more than 3 days to jerk again...I was in a fake dream world of pleasure...I didn’t had any issue for 9 years with relationship with porn and then my life took a drastic turn and soon after that it took no time for me to become a zero from a hero...
    On December 16/2016 my life changed completely.....Due to weakness in nervous system I experienced a hot water epilepsy attack in the bathroom and I became unconscious for a while...when I consulted doctor and took a emergency ride to hospital,I got to know that it had happened due to weakness in nerves...
    Soon after that I got to face another enemy called anxiety...I first got an anxiety attack in the railway station and after that my anxiety and panic attacks got worse and worse and I had to deal with the anxiety daily for about 2 years...I did not knew why it’s all happening to me because before that I was very outgoing and confident person...My life became miserable and I couldn’t able to socialise because I was scared of people and crowd....At this time I had quit my well earning job because of my anxiety...
    As my life became miserable I started my research about why it’s happening...I got to know that it’s all because of faping habit...During my research days I came to know about “NOFAP”..So I decided to give it a try..After Lot of hard work and countless failures I was able to reach 62 days on December 2018...During that streak my anxiety was reduced a lot which made me to believe that Nofap make wonders...
    After 62 days streak I lost miserable and returned to my faping lifestyle again for about a year.. I broke apart in pieces due to my anxiety...Anxiety accompanied with a bunch of other problems such as extreme fatigue,high blood pressure
    And shortness of breath...
    At this stage I made a commitment to make myself better...I consulted a doctor for my anxiety and took medication and therapy to overcome my anxiety..Doctors advice helped me a lot but it was incomplete as I was still in my faping lifestyle...
    On December 6/2019 i decided to embark in a amazing journey of Nofap and at this point I have successfully completed my Nofap 100 days...
    Now I am a person with very less or no anxiety and my confidence has increased tremendously...My bunch of problem which anxiety has brought within have no signs now....I socialise a lot with friends and I am like every other healthy person...Now I have got my life back and also looking forward to better my life day by day...
    This Nofap journey was with both highs and lows...I had to go through many withdrawals to reach this day...Currently I am not into anxiety medication and still feeling amazing..I will continue my Nofap journey ahead as I want to make it as a lifestyle...

    I want to thank “Owais” for helping and supporting me through out my journey..

    I appreciate and thank everyone who have gone through my success story...

    Medicines helped me a lot and I took medication for about a year...Now i am medicine free and even my anxiety is very less...

    I am not aware bro...Anti Anxiety medications...Consult a doctor if u Have a problem

    Hi brother i was also heavy pmoer . Did u have sexual thoughts all the time . My mind is trying to fantasize all the time and i hav to control it , its get very hard to control thoughts when they are coming all the time. Thn these thoughts giving anxiety . I hav anxiety all the time . Pls advise me how to rewire the brain pls your tips

    My suggestion is that you use reframing method...Which means you remind yourself regularly that faping is really bad

    Yes i know faping is bad and i am not doing it anymore but i have anxiety which cant go and sexual obsessive thoughts .i am scare if it cantb be healed

  17. I've had the same problem as you. Social anxiety, chronical stress. Meditation solve the problem. You have to control your mind and your thoughts.

    Exactly...Can you describe how you did your meditation and for how much time?
     
  20. 30 minuts a day.

    • sit
    • Check to see how you're feeling. don't lie to yourself
    • Focus on your breath. place the attention on your breath as it comes in, and follow it through your nose all the way down to your lungs. Don't try to control it. Just live it. Stay focused. If you don't, that's ok. That's part of the process.
    • Don't worry about what you're doing wrong. You have to let go of the things you can't control. Just feel it.
    • What's the happiest moment you've lived in your entire life ? Imagine the scene. Focus on the smallest details.
    • If you're sensitive like me you can listen to calm/heart touching musics. It will help you.

    That's the way I meditate but there are plenty other ways :)
