I have completed 83 out of the 90 days for my no pmo and I have too myself wondering what happens next. What do I do after my 90th day? Typically I would reward myself with masterbation, but that doesn't seem like a good option. So what do I do after my 90 days?

I don't know how bad you are addicted to PMO and if 90 days is enough. But in my case I had a huge streak of 160 days and then I watched porn and immediately I returned to old patterns.I feel like I don't have lost all benefits but as I have read before somewhere else we are addicted for life even after a lot of time I think we have to be careful .
So if you want really to M do it without watching P or fantasizing but I wouldn't recommend it

Reward yourself in a way that doesn't include fapping and then go another 90 days.

Thank your for your response. It helped me recognize the progress I had made over my 90 days and got me thinking of what I should do afterwards. I did decide to celebrate by M'ing to P, but I didn't do that immediately. To add some context when I first started trying to overcome this addiction I found that some days I did not feel regret after M'ing. I felt relaxed and I felt like it was a natural habit. On those days, I did not have a voice in my head constantly telling me to M. During my 90 days I also realized that the same regretful feelings I got when M'ing, I got when I played video games or watched youtube videos for to long. For my 90 day celebration I wanted to try M'ing again, but on my terms. I kept my streak going til today and I M'd twice. After the second time, I knew I wanted to do another 90 days because when I watched P this time. I found it boring. It turned me on initially, but it didn't excite me like it used to.

Thank you for your response. I did decide to do another 90 days after completing my previous 90 days, but I also decided to fap to porn for my accomplishment. I didn't do it immediately instead I waited until my mind cleared, then today I felt like the time was right. I allocated time out of my day and did it. I did it again later in the day, spent $17 on a pornstar membership. After that I felt I was ready to do another 90 days because I found porn less interesting. Tomorrow I will start my new cycle.

I've experienced similar feelings after relapsing many times. In my case, it was a lie every time. I thought I would just fap one more time, but then it keeps drawing you back in for another "last time". Best of luck in your new attempt though!

The journey has just begun, recently relapsed. Best advice I can give is not to get complacent. I was feeling good and let myself revert to old habits after 60 days of freedom. Just stay focused bro.

I've reached 90 twice and found a sort of calmness where the counter doesn't seem to matter so much to me anymore and then one day, because I'm not vigilant about it, a little voice in my head says "oh you know what we could do", and I end up watching porn again. It is then easier to get out of the hole than the first time round, but I'd still rather not fall back in it. So @FluffyAmygdala I'm interested in your super intentional relapse and joining you on your journey to your next 90 days.

    Well, i continued the streak.
The ultimate prize/self reward of my nofap will be losing my virginity in the first night of my wedding day later.

So you reward yourself by doing the act that you have been avoiding at all costs for 90 days? What kind of reverse psychology is that. PMO is just outright disgusting. I don't know what has porn done to your life but I know if I fall to that trap again, it will just reinforce that 'weak mindset' deeper and deeper. Imagine all the urge you have surpassed over the course of 3 months and now you explode it with a 'celebratory ritual". How much porn is enough to satiate you? It's like an alcoholic telling himself after months of refraining from drink to celebrate by doing the act again. You are messing with those neural receptors which are deeply ingrained in your mind with PMO. That is my thought. I reach day 90 and I still keep going till I find the REAL thing that can satisfy me which is REAL SEX. I just care about what is real. It is your call and I respect it. Find the way that suits you the best. Good luck

It was a lie. I am beating myself up for it so much right now and it is such a downhill spiral. All my strength is gone and I feel so weak. Everytime I try to do no PMO and I pass the halfway point, I start to convince myself that this is no longer an addiction and I can just rewire my brain because I have the strength now. That is never the case. I have had a relapse and now I am having trouble starting my streak again. I just have to say I appreciate the support it will really help me get back on my feet.

The thought came in my head after watching a friends clip on Youtube where chandler starts smoking again after 3 years. He said "After 3 years this is my reward", I interpreted that as it's been 90 days and fapping to porn is my reward. I am starting again and now I realize how important a real relationship is, instead of one with my phone. I had also just started having a real relationship, I actually met someone and we have been talking. On day 91 talking to her actually stopped me from breaking my streak.

@FluffyAmygdala Remember you got to 90 (90!!!) days that is an amazing accomplishment. Your brain is better now than how it was because of those 90 days, and the good news is you can do it again, refocus set your sights and get a few hours, and then days on your streak, you can do this.
