three weeks into what i was thinking would be a month reboot. Still working on regaining wife's trust, but we are talking a lot during this "no work" time and she comes to therapy with me sometimes so its going well. the reboot idea took a little bit of convincing and she has been asking me about how i want to "come out" of rebooting. i have honestly not put a lot of thought into it, mostly because i feel like its been a time for me to make a shift. its got me thinking, and i thought id throw the question out there. any stories? slow? fast? dive right in?

What type of reboot are you doing, easy (no porn), normal (no porn and no masturbation), or hard (no porn, no masturbation, and no orgasms)?

What does 'coming out of reboot' feel like it should look to you? What do you want to go back to?

Then see how you both feel after 90 days. If I were you I would then swap to normal mode (PM) and keep that going forever, or if you would rather easy mode (P). If you found the 90 day hard mode (PMO) reboot beneficial you could always make it a semi-regular thing, perhaps annually?
