day 0 again. It's not an excuse but today is really a bad day for me. I didn't even feel the urge but still relapsed as a way of escape. But im not going to give up like few years ago.

Ok. 15/21. I think I counted wrong and accidentally added one day. Though I did not relapse. Just want to be accurate. Thanks for all the motivation. One more week to go and I'll be at 21 days clean.

Yesterday I completed the challenge.
Three weeks of no pmo.
My inspiration was PIED , my age and unemployment.
The goals that I am pursuing now are completion of the 90 days challenge and once I will have cleared the brain fog I will set it into my routine to write a 90 days daily reboot log journal.
