I fall down again, lose all hope

It started in Year's Eve, I wanted to start again with my life, I decided that it is going to be this year. I tried my best, no even sexual thoughts, cold showers, more time spend outside, basic work out, even reading books. After all I was making the same mistakes, social anxiety was so powerful that I lived in the same fear bubble like in old times. I had more confidence, but still not enough to hit on that cute girl I like. After 77 days urges and tension destroys me. I barely controlled myself. Chaser efect beat me up completely. I cannot get back on track since 5 days, I feel it's all over and there is no more hope for me...

There is always hope. Keep trying your best. Challenge yourself to keep going. This is a hard battle, but it will be well worth it in the end. I know it’s hard, but you need to convince yourself that you can make it, that’s half the battle.

I failed my friend last September after 127 days, it was my first good streak, then chaser effect for 12 days I lost again more time per day, it was all dark, but as everything also dark times are going to end, I picked myself up, and tried again and again, and then I had a streak of 165 days until March, then I lost again, so I tried again
and now I am on day 14
it is never too late to be the man you could have been.
Keep strong and do it
