Thanks, brother, it's really uplifting. Those falls look so hard, kind of reminds you of all the failures fighting the addiction — but eventually we're going to win.

 

True, just keep going at your goal no matter if you fall you get back up again and there be a time when we will win this.

 

Be proud of yourself brother. 80 days straight of NoFap is such a great start to this year. Glad to see you didnt binge. Keep up the great work, and keep smashing 2020!

 

My mood has been a rollercoaster. I reckon I'm still going through a dopamine withdrawal. I thought 90 days would be enough for a reboot. But now I am sure it will take at least 6 months. Maybe a year.

 

Absolutely agree on this one. I'm afraid that if no active measures are taken (like the current campaign against Pornhub), the next generation will have it even worse. I mean, lots of guys seem to report even now that 90 days are turning out to be not enough. If the porn usage trend continues growing, it'll get worse.

But let's think positive. Realizing that 90 days is not enough is a step, and probably not a small one. Keep going, guys, I'm proud of all those who are still in this challenge.

Exactly brother. We need to put the breaks on relapses.

No excuses even if there are lockdowns in your area and stuck at home.

 

Great idea. Many of us get caught up on the Day Counter, and when that number goes to 0 after a relapse, we get discouraged, which increases the chance of binging and/or delaying a start. But the reality is, even if you relapse after a good to great streak, you've taken so many steps forward with one step back. It's up to you if you want to continue taking steps back, or get back to pushing forward.
