Get to it bro, you can do it. Trust me it is worth doing for yourself, your wife and your family.
You'll feel like shit in the beginning but never forget the "WHY?" of it all. Remembering how and why you started should be enough fuel for you not to entertain a relapse. Plus you're married whenever you feel the urge just signal the wife. Good luck

Happy to hear you guys are on track. That’s cool the porn blockers are working. If you are ever interested I use restrictions on my iPhone and only have access to a list of sites. I also blocked all installation of apps on my phone. I also added a parental filter to my WiFi so all devices that hook to it will be filtered. Like you said @LovelyLife there are probably ways to bypass it. But it’s been pretty solid so far. If I ever have to change anything. I have to go through my wife who has all the codes. So that’s a great deterrent for porn.

You've never reached two month until now ;)
Hang in there - have you figured out why you want to stop F? It's much easier when you have a clear "Why" :)

Scary how one can develop an urge to F.
I'm surprised which thinking patterns my brain has developed.

This morning our car which is a company car had a flat tire.
I checked if our insurance would pay for towing and it was the case. So I called our service partner and made an appointment for a repair (the car needed a new tire).

My wife was sleeping because she worked late. When I told her she yelled at me and asked how I could even decide to do this on my own. Her boss would have to give his approval for this.

We had a small conflict because she didn't know what I knew and I instantly felt the urge "to release the pressure" BUT I stayed strong and was able to calm myself down.

Keep strong guys - if I can do it then you can do it too! :emoji_clap:

    Much love.

Day 1 (or 2 i'm not entirely sure)

Feeling the urges heavily, but going on here helped a bit. Grateful I'm somewhere where I can still go outside and enjoy nature.

Great job! You are probably past the hardest part. You have gained confidence and are determined to keep going. Now go for a month and then two!

That's the spirit :) What are you doing when you feel the urge? Are you trying to do something else or are you sitting it out?

    What's your plan?

    Alright guys,

the first week was surprisingly easy. Despite this one situation where I had a small fight with my girlfriend I haven't felt the urges to PMO.

The daily 20 minutes meditation routine works pretty well. Also I work out every morning for 20 - 30 minutes and take a cold shower of 30 seconds.

I'm hyped for the next 7 days.

    Much love and keep strong.

I got up and worked in the yard a bit. That actually seemed to help.

    I'm doing great ❤️

Just had the urges one time in the last 10 days.

Pretty impressive how one can change a behaviour pretty fast, when enough pain is linked to the activity.

I visualized how my life would look like 5 years from now if I didn't stop PMO today.

I drew a picture so vivid that it scared the shit out of me.
If anyone needs some tips on how to do that please feel free to leave me a DM.

Would love to help you guys - keep strong.

    Much love.
