Just a few days until the end of the month. You guys have the ability not to fap for the rest of this month. Even if you already faped, now is the time to stop. Don't consider fapping until this month is over, that is the cheap way out.

Congratulations for your 90-days. Any advice for people like me that just complete the 9th day.

 

Avoid using electronic devices alone with the door closed in your room. Have the door opened while you are at it or go to a place in the public area of the house such as the living room.

Well just try to keep busy and keep yourself active. For me what has helped was learning a foreign language.
