  2. You will see that I'm doing the two challenges, Super Saiyan and the Shinobi. I don't have a preference I like both animes (and challenges). And I'll start working on getting GIFS for me, you make me have a new love, hehe.

  9. Good question. I think that finding a habit that has the same feelings (triggers and satisfaction) as pmo is going to be very hard to find. Having the same satisfaction as pmo... Hmmm... I like your idea @MHero, but the habit of pmo is in its own league, you see, because the feelings you get with pmo are so "great" (notice the quotation marks) that it doesn't match any other. Pmo is something that many people like to go back to because it's instant pleasure. A habit like playing basketball (I guess it's a habit, more like a hobby) does not give you instant pleasure. You can feel satisfaction from it because you find it fun. However, sometimes, you can miss a lot of basketball shots, and you won't feel happy there lol (Okay I'm not trying to discourage you from playing basketball. Many people miss a lot of shots, it's no big deal.)


    Have you (@MHero) heard of a type of Chess called bullet Chess (1 - 2 minute Chess)? That's the only habit (not really a good habit though) I see where you get around the same effects as pmo. However, this type of Chess is primarily for fun and not for getting better. In order to get better at Chess, you must play more serious games (okay I know this is off-topic, but you get what I'm saying).


    But hey, this is my opinion, and if you can prove me wrong, I'll be amazed. I won't argue with you once you find the solution, but go ahead and find a good habit that matches pmo (I guess).

    Checking in on day 3. Today has actually been pretty good with urges minimal. Thinking about this challenge really helped calm my urges down. Lately I've been working on controlling my thoughts and trying to not think of anything sexual. A few weeks ago I made it 28 days without MO but then got into a habit of PMOing once a week for a few weeks but this time I am going to make it. I am going to make sure I don't look at porn. Before I would look at porn without MO but in the end it still got to me.

    Yeah sure, finding this habit will be difficult. I love playing chess, I don't understand why bullet chess will matche pmo ? But I will try it. Actually, chess, animes, drawing, sports all are possible solutions, but as I said you need time and discipline, to make the new habit good enough to distract you from PMO. The next time If I get urges I will play chess, if I lose I will draw something,.....repeat.

  17. Day 1. I'm feeling good because I read a lot today and I played on my Xbox, there was nothing to do in my big pomodoro interval. Read something like 133 pages today. I'm proud of myself, I can read more, like 200 or 300, but I have a Real excuse for not doing this, sleep. I did not slept well last night but tonight it will be different and I'll need to talk with my brother about this.

    Don't let quarantine corrupt and break your streak boys (and girls, if it have). Let's hear music and do some simple exercises, it can help.
