Hello, everyone. Day 0: Tuesday 31st. Feeling. Feel like quite low lately. I have been struggling with my uni work I need a win, I need something to keep me going these weeks. one step at a time, I will learn to love myself.
Check in day 14, struggled last night been having nightmares and waking up sweating hopefully this is normal
