When you wanna succeed as bad as you wanna breathe!

    So this is going to be for motivation, self improvement, life transformation, inspiration.
    Everday in the morning, when the sun rises I will be on here to help you and me get started to win the day.
    No excuses, No quitting that's what all of this is about.

    Ok man, so let's do this. The first video is one of the best. Get that mentality in your head. Put your headphones on and just focus on this video. I`m not sure if you already saw this one,but it's worth watching about 10 times each day if you have to.

    The only thing left in your mind has to be that there is NO other option then to leave PMO behind. Get it out your system. NO negative thinking. NO more excuses. You have to get ready all the challenges in your life.
    I CAN, I WILL, I MUST !!!


    This is the first day we`re starting with our daily routine. Get it in your head. Listen to it multiple times and think about it threwout the day.

    It's a new day. Look up, get up and make the rest of the life the best of your life.

    In order to make the rest of your life the best of your life you have to have what ? A vision of yourself. Close your eyes take some time and think about it. This is critical to your success. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What kind of chracter/personality do you want to have by then? What kind of relationships do you want to engage in ? You have to create that image of yourself. That's gonna push you! When it's hard and you feel like giving up, your weekness is coming down on you. Then you have stay strong let the vision of your future self give you the strength to keep going and not give up. The stronger the vision, the more you are attracted to it. And you know the law of attraction, your gonna be pulled toward that.

    Now the second part of that vision. COMIT to it. Become determined to the point that there's no doubt in your mind you will become that person. Take that vision and fight for it, stand up for it and live for it. Once you have that vision in your head and comit to it yo will naturally work towards. You'll know what to do to get there. I know Porn and Mastrubating might be one of the biggest problems of your life, but I bet that's not what got you here. You're here because of the person you're not and the person you want to be.

    Even if you weren't thinking about it conciously, you already had a little vision of yourself and that didn't include PMO.
    So take that tool, the vision, the person you want to be to help you get there.

    1. Create your vision, the picture of yourself. Think about it until you can mentally walk in that image and imagine as many details as possible, make it vivid.

    2. COMIT to it.

    3. Work towards that vision and become that person.

    No excuses, no quitting! Now go and win the day !

    Ok so this morning I want to pick up on what touchtheotherside wrote. What I write here is not only about motivation. Of course action is really important, but the right action is the result of the right mindset. Even more what we're talking about here, it's about transforming your mindset. You have to understand that you have to work on the right mindset in order to take the right action. The thing is a lot of people think it's enough just to stop Porn and Mastrubating and you know what, that's not the thing. You replace PMO with a new mindset and a new way of living. The mental transition goes hand in hand with your physical transition, but think about it.

    What's the difference about most of the greats in the world ? How did they get where they are now ? Go to your favorite sportsman, your favorite businessman or whoever seems like a successful person. Read about them. Learn about them and understand that before the action sets in there mindset seperates them from the rtest of the pack!!

    So here I have this article from inc.com which captures the Idea and I want you to carefully read it. She calls it a growth mindset and that's exactly what your looking for.
    Of course action is important, but without a strong mindset you will end up in a situation where your body is weak and your urges are strong you will fail because you don't have the right tools in your mind to do what you know you should be doing!

    For those of you who have some more time check out this documentary over Kobe Bryant. I love it!
    Try to focus on understanding the way he thinks and learn from it. There aren't many people that have a mindset like his, which he build like a rock. It's not something you just have, but somehting you can achieve like everything else in life.

    What's up ?
    Today I want to simply give you some practical information for your fap and pornfree weekend.
    The concept is that you build up energy during the week and a lot of people fail at weekend and relapse, because they don't know what to do with their energy and fall for PMO. That's why I take cold showers. You start the day off by getting out of your comfortzone and cranking the shower to the cold side until you get shocked. After that I am more focused, have clearer thoughts and a good energy level.

    I understand you must be a Zen Buddhist or at least interested.

    I am also Buddhist, Mahayana.

    I don't want a Koan for an answer. This vice is serious, surely it was not dwelling in samadhi that caused you to edge or reset my friend, so what caused these last 2 resests?

    You don't have to answer. I was just trying to offer support.
