* no porn
* no masturbation
* no touching whatsoever on stimulating regions for other purposes than washing or cleaning myself
* no orgasm
* no fantasies or thinking about sex or similar things that turn me on (dreams when I’m asleep is OK, also NE)
* one exception to all rules above is when I have sex with my wife, which is allowed

21/30 wish there was an accumulative challenge as well, where you start with you counter value then stay in the group till you hit the groups milestone, I find that more motivating. Anyway whatever works, glad to be here.

Relapsed at 25 days, just days after completing 21 day challenge. Triggered by all my worst triggers and just gave in to the urge. I feel so stupid, but I want to try harder this time. I like the feeling of accomplishment more than the feeling of regret the day after PMO. SMH. I will reboot again in Hope's of going longer. Today is day one of 30+
