    Hi everyone,
    it has been 90 days today. First of all NOFAP WORKS. I was actually fully recovered after about 70 days. Its a great feeling to be normal. I am very happy to share this with you. Of course my nofap journey is not finished. My only goal now is to “stay clean”. The only thing that actually worked for me was to get into dedicated relationship. Talking about my issues honestly helped me the most. I hope that all of you guys can beat the addiction and not to look at that filth. God be with you. I am praying for you.

    well done!! I am currently on day 11 and I'm finding it hard but I'm not going to lose this battle. not this time.

    Today is my day one, i really want to see my energies channeled into something productive, i pray for the grace to make it happen. seeing all these success stories makes me believe, it is possible and i can do it in Jesus' name, amen.

    Reassure yourself that you've started a minute later, and don't wait for another blast. Take the time to talk to yourself, and if you start convincing yourself it will be good. Then read books and watch videos on PIED recovery.

    PIED is a recent event and has not been extensively studied and many books have not yet been written. So most of the information you get is in a soft copy forms
