Daily life-goals

    I've read about this in books by Brian Tracy (on self discipline) and by Grand Cardone (be obsessed and be average) and both mentioned that writing daily life goals is what made the biggest life changes for their students.

    I had period of doing this on and off and so far most of the things I wrote about frequently came true as long as I was dilligent and consistent in my habits :)

    8. I am a personal coach who advises clients with the aid of positive psychology.
    9. I make multiple art collections.
    10. I have my own and sufficient income.

  3. Yes, excatly. I also read about this in relation to student. Those who have a clear vision of their life/clear and well defined goals were successful in life. Those who barely or never thought about goals ended up never really making a progress.

    So it is really interesting what massive effect it has on someone who does this!

    I made something similiar earlier. I took a notebook and wrote there everything that was any bit exciting. Divided them in A (for most important goals), B (motivated but need to think about it how to do it) and C (lacks enough motivation to do it). In those I divided them in their own area in priorities from 1-10. From then on I would need to define every goal more specific such as a near description, deadlines, how to start etc. I would have to read everyday my goal book but it got stuck somewhere so I couldn't keep it up. I didn't reach any of those before because I barely have read my book. But now I want to really start with this challenge. I would like to combine this method (daily life goals) with the book method (where I will be more specific). It will be interesting what will happen! Being consistent is hard but i learnt that habits need to be routinized, so done for example like I do with this challenge right after I wake up.

    I am a loving partner in a stable relationship
    I own a lovely country house with a horse and my partner and I each have a dog
    I am an accomplished artist
    my many clients provide enough income that I support my family
    I am free of all my past addictions
    I employ a group of individuals needing a second chance to run my second property (Airbnb), therby helping them to work toward their own life goals.

    My daily life-goals:
    1. I am a peaceful being that has high consciousness and connection with the nature.
    2. I am physically and mentally healthy which means that I care about my body and psyche.
    3. I have a muscular-shredded body in a healthy and well-balanced matter.
    4. I am an amazing and successful teacher who enjoys his mission of teaching the new generations of educators.
    5. I travel different countries around the world especially those which are appealing to me the most: Finnland, Norway, Canada, USA (South California), Palau, Australia etc.
    6. I have a healthy, happy, trustful and intimate relationship with my partner in which we both profit from present and future use.
    7. I have a handful amount of (best)friends who support, love me and encourage me to grow.
    8. I have an on-going strong bond with my little brother.
    9. I master a specific art technique such as drawing with water colours/oil colours and have my own art style which helps me to express myself.
    10. I am aware of the fact that happiness is my ultimate and highest goal and toss other goals in the trash such as getting rich, popular or fulfill the needs/expection of others.

    I will meet someone who loves and respects me as much as I do them and a lifelong friendship will ensure, possibly companionship
