Best way to be successful in nofap etc Islamic views on it...

1. I just forget the day count in my head and I have downloaded the app called mdf that helped me a lot to keep on track anyways...



2. Another awesome way is that I just forget that I’m actually doing nofap, it it keeps the tension away and it allows me to have better control whenever Iget urges... trust me it works.

We humans can’t even stare at the sun for more than 10 min, that proves that existence of allah, and another thing I want to point out is that allah has gave us the emotion of guilt after we relapse and guilt is to let us know we are doing something wrong.. one more thing is that it is not permissible to sleep on our stomach because it’s the way the devil sleeps, and what we are finding out now is that it actually has a lot of Heath risks etc.. Well not in the Quran but Muhammad pbuh has predicted the future, he said that we people will be viewing the haram, filth in a mat, he means the tv etc, so it is clearly prohibited, thank you.
