You won't be aroused in a lot of cases if you don't get some sort of sexual stimulation?

How often does this happen? So a guy isn't sexually aroused initially, but then a female starts getting flirty with them, making a pass at them ext, and then all of a sudden the guy is aroused.

I feel like this can even be similar with porn. You might not be aroused initially, but when you think of searching something all of a sudden you're aroused, when you search it and look at it all of a sudden you're aroused.

I feel like trying to determine wither or not you have a sexual dysfunction like PIED without getting any real sexual stimulation is quite difficult. I believe the results won't be 100% correct.

So trying to masturbate using your imagination doesn't come close to getting sexual with a woman in real life. So I feel like if a guy finds him self not being 100% solid while masturbating using his imagination, and then thinking I have erectile dysfunction, I have PIED. I feel like this might not actually be the case. The guy has basically no sexual stimulation accept his thoughts. I mean how many guys wouldn't be solid to this?

The only exception in my opinion is if you don't have any sexual release for weeks, months, and then the least little thought will have you as hard as a rock. I remember one time I didn't have any sexual release in just over two weeks, and I woke up in the morning with morning wood, I was rock hard, and I just slightly stroked my dick and ejaculated.

But there is an issue with that as well. If I tried to get sexual with a woman in a situation like this I would of likely just ejaculated instantly.

But yeah I think a lot of guys aren't getting any form of sexual stimulation, and then thinking I have erectile dysfunction, I have PIED.

Is it any wonder your hardly ever aroused or hard if you get no sexual stimulation?

I feel like the only way to know for sure if you have PIED is to get with a woman in real life.

I mean I wake up with morning wood a lot of mornings, I get spontaneous erections a lot of the time, I even get good erections sometimes when I masturbate using my imagination. But then there has been times I have had a weak erection while masturbating using my imagination and I have thought this wouldn't be good if my dick was like this trying to have sex, and then this has made me think I must have PIED.

But like I have said, I am beginning to think is it any wonder a guy isn't that aroused with little sexual stimulation. Something else I was thinking is maybe I am trying to masturbate using my imagination when I'm not actually truly sexual aroused.

Think about mammals in nature. Maybe a male mammal will be very sexually aroused when they haven't had any sexual release in a while, and this will make them go searching for a mate. But male mammals in nature also might not initally be sexually aroused, but then they see a new female, and boom this triggers them, causing them to become sexually aroused.

It is the exact same thing that happens with humans.

So what I am saying is sometimes you need some sort of sexual stimulation to trigger you to become aroused.

I am not saying look at any porn or artifical sexual stimulation. But what I am saying is it any wonder your not that sexually aroused a lot of the time if you only ever have your thoughts at most, and never have a real woman?

I mean how many guys have been with a woman, and initally their not that in to it, but then the woman starts trying different things and then boom all of a sudden the guy becomes aroused?

Having basically no sexual stimulation except your thoughts, is it any wonder your hardly ever that sexually aroused?

I honestly think there will be a lot of guys that think they have PIED that actually don't. I think it will just be because they literally have no sexual stimulation except their thoughts.
