When I say returned to it hard I dont just mean a relapse.

I have basically been using porn and binging on porn for slightly over a week now. I was going along for a while hardly ever using it, and then over the past 10 days it has been days of bad binging and then other days of relapses. But 10 days of this.

This is the worst my behavoir has been in a while with this stuff.

I actually think through all the rebooting over the past 2 years I reached the stage when I returned to porn that it isn't causing me much negative effects. Like it doesn't overall feel too bad using it?

But I am just struggling to break this cycle much more this time. It's as if I am more scared to give it up this time.

I need some help and advice guys?

Do you have any real life accountability? For me, it was key to talk to a friend, or a group of people with my same problem in real life. It forces you to break the cycle. And it gives you more motivation than just ones self to stop. Often times one’s own health and happiness isn’t enough to stop them from watching porn. A counselor or a good therapist who truly understands the issue and is compassionate can be very helpful.

I wish you luck man, you have the power to control.

    This is very true.

I feel like I was on the same boat the last couple of days and it is in these difficult times that the real MAN comes to play. You see, they say "Smooth seas don't make skillful sailors" and I think being alone and especially in these times it is easy to relapse but always remember that if you don't do it when you have the strongest urges you will not fall for it when the urges are not as strong. Do not try to distract yourself from the urges, rather let them flow for 10-15 mins, after which you will feel like those 15 mins that you could have relapsed in have passed, and you still did not die  and that counts as a success. Plus trust me you will feel stronger when you do so and your confidence will skyrocket.
