The Positives, Negatives, and the Neutral of NoFap

Positives:

• Mental Health Improvement (I feel better emotionally)
• My Erections are Way Better
• I no longer have inappropriate fantasies regarding the opposite sex (All the weird perverted stuff is gone)
• Appreciation for the opposite sex
• My Anxiety Levels are Better (I always struggled with porn-induced social anxiety)
• Self-Esteem is way better (I remember on Day 10 of NoFap, I had a moment of enthusiasm for myself)
• Any Form of Sexual Dysfunction is Gone
• I See Women as Normal People
  
• I Feel More Grounded as a Person

Neutral:

• Social Skills slightly improved (But not much)
• Female Attraction (Maybe?, I don’t think it’s real, however)

Negatives:

• More Aroused Than Usual (I had moments of embarrassment)
• Not as relaxed (This could be the increase in testosterone)
• More tension (This is noticeable when your on a long NoFap streak)
• I can get angry very easily (Almost at anything, the only remedies I have found that work are Meditation, Massages, and Comedy)
• Sexual Frustration (This one is obvious, lul)
• NoFap will not change your circumstances (No, it won’t save you from your problems)
• Urges (Could be a problem for some)

Alright, this is what I experienced doing NoFap. Look, people. I’m just being honest. Keep in mind, that this is what I experienced during a 30+ day streak. I found NoFap to be more of a positive experience despite all the negatives that came with it. Thank you for reading.
