    hi everyone.nice to meet you all.it been a great pleasure to join the NoFap community.

    i am a 19 years old male doing my engineering in india.i have been suffering from porn addiction from the age of 15.from that time onwards my porn addiction has elevated high.i tried to stop it but it kept on haunting.i always relapsed.

    few weeks before i searched the internet for any source of online applications to stop porn.then i heard about NoFap.i hope NoFap can help me achieve my goals.

    starting my challenge of 100 days of no PM.

    I would recommend you to stay in touch with members and read their success stories. You may also learn tricks to avoid the short-term pleasure and to face the temptations.

    Be AWARE of your habits and control what you see and what/who you spend your time with.

    It's also important to limit the usage of social media. In addition, never be free! Use your free time as much as possible and do sports, exercise, attend classes, etc.
