[30-CHALLENGE] THE THIRTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Good night good people. Today day 6, finished with no PMO. Hooray! Just 24 more to go.But I really feel good. Had a long talk with a good friend about my issues and that helped alot. Stay busy and ignore those thoughts is my mantra.

One day at a time. First goal: 3 days, if completed 7 days, then 14,21,30 days.

DAY 1/30 -doing a nofap challenge after a year .Tried the 90 day challenge last year and failed on day 51.Though I do not consider that a failure as I overcame addiction for sure. But lately I am being highly addicted to PMO .Maybe I am bored because of quarantine but I don't want to fall into bad habits.So here I am beginning a new journey.One day at a time.

Day 19/∞! Last night was quick the struggle. Was scrolling through reddit and saw some suggestive content and then went to instagram as well.. was able to just head to bed but it was one of the harder nights this week.

 

Back to day one.. alchohol got me ..
Feeling sorta down after that one, but I have to keep trying..
