    - Try developing some new, healthy habits. Reading, daily meditation, studying, going for a walk outside, basic workout... Stuff like that. You will have more free time and you need to fill that empty hole with productive activities. Just make yourself busy!

    - Start taking cold showers. You can start to decrease temperature of the water step by step. That's huge urge killer! You will feel more energized, motivated and hungry for success, I guarantee you!

    - Avoid triggers. For example. If you was using some dating apps, that just makes you horny, don't get back to them. If you know that movie that you're going to watch will have some intense sex scenes, don't watch it. I know that avoiding all of the possible triggers is impossible, just don't tempt yourself purposely.

    - Socialize more. I know that in today's situation it's more harder than ever, but even things like a little talk with your parents, or siblings can make you feel better.

    - If you're close to relapse, remind yourself why you started. That situations will come, and you need to be prepared. Just think for a second what will you feel after reaching an orgasm... It's not fucking worth it. Urges are temporary, proud is permanent!

    - Finally, if you relapse, don't beat yourself up more... Everyone fall down sometimes, it's normal. Any progress is better than no progress at all. Important thing is to get up, dust yourself off, and try again.
    Good luck on your journey!

    1. It's fucking easy. I can tell you from experience that if you just don't watch porn, and just don't cum, and that's it, then that's it.
It's only hard if you tell yourself "oh no, I cannot jack off my willie" or start thinking about it as a hard thing, it's not hard.

    2. Try to find something else to do, exercise is a phenomenal thing in general.
If you're a lazy piece of meecrob, you can do other things like watching tv etc

3.Don't freak out if you happen to see a girl with big tits on some unrelated video, don't be extreme.. just don't watch porn

Exercise is a big one, and I've found it helps you focus on it as well as do a lot more of it if you break it up with another activity. So when I write, for example, I do ten push-ups after every page I finish. Paradoxically, this nets me more pages written and more push-ups done. The productivity is a big emotional booster.

If you find yourself feeling powerless and you can't get up or move or do anything (such as when you're trying to sleep, it can terrify you when it happens), I would go with a chant. I am a Christian, so I shake it up with the Lord Prayer and the Christ Prayer, as well as plenty of signing of the cross. Remind yourself why you started NoFap in the first place, remember the guilt and shame that has followed PMO in the past. If you get intrusive thoughts about harmful fetishes and desires, attack them intellectually: try and nail down the root of why you fell into them. Insecurity and past trauma are deeply tied to sexual aberrations.
