[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

I missed checking in for a few days 2/7 im stick with the number that. I left with on this forum which was 1/7 im pretty sure its more then 2/7 but im flow with this concept.

Day 7 / 7. It's done. I have completed the longest streak of no pmo for the first time in my life, of course after starting to pmo. Porn has effected my life in a lot may ways. It has degraded me on metal , physical, spiritual, emotional level. Porn has to be eliminated from the system.I consider this as my first victory, my first milestone.
I will be taking the same or higher challenge again with more willpower and preparation.
