You lived your last 10 years fapping daily, and you can't wait a few weeks/months to see what it's like to be free from it?

It's gonna be well worth it when you'll notice the differences in energy, confidence, etc

It's like a drug addiction, you don't wanna be a drug addict do you?

"let me remind you there is only one way to eat an elephant" (@Reverent)
Ed: Desmond Tutu once wisely said that “there is only one way to eat an elephant: a bite at a time.” What he meant by this is that everything in life that seems daunting, overwhelming, and even impossible can be accomplished gradually by taking on just a little at a time.

"When you have Fantasies, imaginary thinking, euphoric recall etc, or any trigger , you turn immediately your attention from your mind to your breath....Immediately breathe in, and feel the sensation below your nostrils, then breathe out following the sensation of breath moving below your nostrils....
Let any other mental fabrications or sensations go.....You yank your attention back any time it wonders.....do this for 10 breaths in a row, and you will discover that your fantasy or trigger has dissapated.....I am now actually committing myself to doing this for 90 days as an experiment."
    Excellent trigger management from @WalktheLine

Love the Jim Rohn quote, good to remember.
Actually hiking, looking up facts do make me smile, and eating well and having a clean house also make me smile - so I guess all my weekly goals make me smile.

look closely to your weaknesses and make them more resistant. Know that your biggest weakness is the most common door for your enemies.
