Day 7/7 challenge completed. Having joined in this challenge I had a motive for let the feelings and thought, that turns up (specially in the mooring), go and don't react. There were difficult moments where I've felt the needed to masturbate. Mostly because I don't want to do positive things that give me a long term reward such woke up and work early, meditate etc.. Instead my brain patterns are looking for instant gratification. Now I'm great cause I've completed a objective and my dopamine has risen. Looking for the next challenge in the beginning of this topic.

Keep going guys, We have to be proud of the life we have!

 

Damn. day 0 again. I made it one day so that's something. Now to go longer!
